While a timer runs and this window is visible with no input for that long, you are asked what to do with the idle time when you return.
A timer running longer than this, for example overnight, is questioned once when you are back: keep it, stop it now, or set the real end time.
On days with a Target: a nudge when nothing is tracked by the first time, and when a timer is still running at the second. Clear a field to turn it off.
